From my first phone call, till the time we checked out, everyone was courteous and helpful. The environment is tailored to kids with a 'cyber,' bar equipped with iPads and chairs. It's cheery updated decor is spacious and each staff member easily communicates services available and cost. There's also an open area for brushing your teeth. Each staff member seems very happy to be there, as they all greet you with a smile. I'm would highly recommend this place for anyone needing orthodontic services, but especially for kids!

Simply put, Dr. Cooke and team are amazing. Dr. Cooke is a master at what she does and the office is equipped with the latest technology and orthodontic options. The team has an incredible way of making everyone feel like they are a priority - truly exceptional patient care. If I could give 10 stars I would. The high quality and high level of service succeeded my expectations. I was recently visiting Napa for a long weekend and my permanent retainer broke. Dr Cooke's office allowed me to come in for repair during an off-day to help in my dire need. Dr Cooke was thorough and kind and I am so appreciative for the quick help to a situation that could have ruined my trip. Folks who live in the area are fortunate to have Dr Cooke as an option. I would definitely recommend.
The office staff is top notch and so is the office facility. Too bad I don't live closer, otherwise this would be my choice. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!
