As you start turning your hyrax you may find that a space becomes visible between your teeth, this space is normal and temporary.
To achieve your goal, you must turn your expander as prescribed by Dr. Cooke & her team.
TYPICAL RECOMMENDATION:
Turn Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays
Turn 2 full turns until you feel pressure
MAINTENANCE:
Brush and floss at least 2x/ day, including around your hyrax
