WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT DURING THIS APPOINTMENT
 
EVALUATION: Dr. Cooke will do a full exam and discuss the exact treatment recommendations. Is this your first exam with Dr. Cooke?  Then find out more information HERE.
 
SAME DAY TREATMENT: We know our patients lead busy lives.  That’s why we always offer the ability to get started with the first step of treatment so we can save you a trip back to the office.

• IF INVISALIGN: We will be using the iTero scanner to capture a digital SCAN of your teeth to create a model of the teeth's current arrangement.  The Invisalign will be inserted 3 to 4 weeks later.

​

• IF BRACES or APPLIANCE: We will take a SCAN to create a quicker, more ideal installation process.  The braces will be placed 2-3 weeks later.

FLEXIBLE PAYMENT OPTIONS:

• We offer in-office, interest-free financing - please bring your checking account information to take advantage of this service.

• We offer a paid in full courtesy.

• Credit cards are accepted for the initial payment and if paying in full.
